History

The Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) was created to
help people be more satisfied with their work and their lives.
“We believe people should be able to spend their time doing
something they love, not just a job that provides an income,” said Founder Preston Parker. “Passive Income largely makes
this possible.”
In August, 2007, Preston Parker founded CVAIA in Cache Valley, Utah, with the vision that the association would reach far beyond the confines of a local region.
“Our members come from many geographical locations and from all walks of life: seasoned investors, young entrepreneurs, small business owners, real estate experts, students, blue collar workers, white collar professionals and
self-employed.” said Parker.
CVAIA invites people to join in the philosophy of having a passionate and fulfilling life. One way to help achieve this is bybecoming financially independent.
Currently, there is no cost to join CVAIA, which is open to new members who want to participate in attaining financial independence. CVAIA continues to grow in members and networks. If you are interested in joining CVAIA, send a request to: join@cvaia.com
