You can invest Time, Assets, and Experience in any or all of the Financial Foundations.
Defined in law to be “land along with anything permanently affixed to the land,” the Real Estate foundation includes land, houses, duplexes, apartment complexes, malls, and commercial buildings. Real Estate is considered the least risky investment not directly involving self, and takes less education to invest in than the other attributes above. Given enough time, it is very difficult to lose money is a real estate investment. Since there is only so much land on this earth, this scarcity drives up the price over time.
